Uniform stay ‘fresh’ with 3 nominations
Published 21.08.08
Creative consultancy Uniform prove that they are up there with the cream of the crop, having been nominated for 3 Fresh Creative awards. The awards, which recognise outstanding creativity and innovation outside of the M25, are well respected within the industry and draw multiple entries from a whole host of agencies. Uniform will go up against the likes of Elmwood, The Chase, True North and Mark Studio.
Uniform’s work for creative partner Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse sees them selected for 2 categories; Graphic Design - Posters and Graphic Design - Best use of Typography. The posters, which form part of a larger promotional campaign, detail the theatres’ 2008 individual shows and accompany the 2008 theatre guides.
The consultancy’s brand and identity work for the Ceri Hand Gallery, also recently nominated for a Roses award, has been selected for the Graphic Design - Corporate Identity category. The gallery, which opened its doors in July, is the largest commercial, independent gallery of contemporary art in the UK outside of London. Uniform was commissioned to create a brand for it which was rolled out across a number of touch points and marketing materials including stationery, exhibition brochures, launch invites, gallery signage, bespoke plinths and ongoing advertising.
The results will be announced on the 25th September at the Imperial War Museum North, Manchester.
