CLEAR MARKETING CREATES NEW TV ADVERT FOR CAMELOT THEME PARK
Manchester-based strategic brand communications agency Clear Marketing, has produced a new TV commercial for Camelot Theme Park in Chorley, Lancashire.
Clear has taken a cinematic approach with the new ad to convey that this is a theme park with a ‘big story to tell’. The 20 second commercial replicates a blockbuster film trailer – from its voice over to dramatic shots of knights charging across a misty field.
It highlights the differentiating features of the park – including its magical medieval experience, jousting and roller coaster ride offer, including its hit attraction the Knightmare. The advert closes with the theme park’s ongoing strapline ‘The Land of Great Knights and Amazing Days’.
Aimed at families, the campaign will air throughout the season, with airtime increasing in the run up to the school holidays, mainly in the North West and Midlands. Media is being handled by BHMS (Bob Hill Media Services). Press and radio adverts, also created by Clear, Camelot’s retained agency of three years, will run alongside the TV campaign.
The advert was produced by Clear Creative Directors Tony Price and Chris Doyle.
