How does Creative Connection work?
Creative Connection is a new pilot that uses Creative Skillset’s established links with UK-wide training services to help businesses and freelancers access the best training available with less fuss and less cost.
Through Creative Connection, Creative Skillset will work with you to identify training needs and the available courses that best meet your requirements.
They will then do the legwork for you, negotiating deals with training providers on your behalf. Where several businesses and freelancers are interested in a particular training course, Creative Skillset may be able to negotiate group discounts and pass on the discounts directly.

After you’ve submitted your form, Creative Skillset will be in touch to acknowledge receipt and ask for any more information they might need. They’ll then get to work, aiming to connect you to the right training and save you money.
How Creative Skillset can make a difference
Creative Skillset, as the UK Creative Industries’ Sector Skills Council, is uniquely placed to offer this free scheme as it has a comprehensive knowledge of the training courses available locally and nationally.

The latest training opportunity through Creative Connection
We have identified a course run by the Indie Training Fund in response to large demand from survey respondents for training on social media. This one day workshop on Social Media and Second Screens will give TV and digital media professionals the skills and confidence to make the most of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, blogs and second screens to maximise the impact of their production and engage their audiences.
