Creative Opportunity - Studio Space Available
four23 is a Creative Agency, established in February 2004. In the past 12 months we’ve created imaginative things for adidas, Samsung, Reebok, British Film Council, Flora London Marathon and Snell & Wilcox, amongst many others – www.four23.net
In January this year we moved into our new studio in the converted Carvers Warehouse on Dale Street (one minute walk from Piccadilly Train Station). It’s a beautiful old brick building connected by an Atrium to a modernist annex. It retains virtually all of its original timber and cast iron internal structure and its external walls are constructed wholly from stone. It’s a magical space.
In collaboration with our friendly landlord, an additional 1000sq ft space has just been released on the third floor, adjacent to our studio. The space presents an exciting opportunity for creative companies or freelancers whose skills are based in complimentary areas to four23 – like programmers, illustrators, interior designers, product designers, fashion designers, 3D designers, editors, film makers, flash/after effects mavericks, animators, digital/tech gurus – to come and join us on our floor.
Our aim is to turn the third floor into a vibrant hotbed of a few world class creative companies working side by side and together in an innovative, productive environment. We want Carvers to be synonymous with brilliant creative output and great ideas. We believe in inspirational environments, organic collaborations and supporting independence.
Carvers is very flexible in terms of the division of the area so everything from a single desk space upwards is available within the 1000sq ft. Space can be open plan or partitioned for privacy.
The space has kitchen and meeting room facilities. Carvers is fully maintained and managed, is secure and allows 24 access.
As a price guide, desk space costs £250/month. Other layouts will be priced on an individual basis. Facilities such as broadband can be included – we are happy to talk about any arrangements that could benefit the space and the companies within.
