CCTV is a major new personal development and training programme aimed at helping the next generation of creative leaders adapt and thrive.
This 12-month scheme will equip a select group of 25 ambitious executives and producers with the skills – both personal and professional – needed to help steer the TV industry into the digital future.
It will offer:
•1:1 mentoring from some of the industry’s most senior professionals •Personal development coaching •A 360° understanding of the evolving business of TV through masterclasses and workshops •The skills needed to analyse and implement business opportunities •The opportunity to raise your profile and expand your network of useful industry contacts Successful applicants will attend workshops and events hosted by many of the creative industry’s best known names including Peter Bazalgette, Jana Bennett, Pete Smith, Peter Fincham, Wayne Garvie, Rob Clark and Stephen Garrett.
