Madhouse Associates, the Manchester-based integrated marketing agency, has taken on three new recruits as a response to the needs of its ever-growing client base.

Joining the agency are Philippa Gledhill (right) as an account executive, Jenna Wilson (centre) as junior account executive and Sarah Challinor (left) as office manager. Joint managing directors Peter Craven and Phil Rogerson are delighted to welcome the trio, who will play an integral role in the agency’s future development as it looks to expand on new business wins including names like Interflora.

Philippa is a business management and media studies graduate from De Montfort University, who was drawn to Madhouse’s reputation for high quality creative work coupled with strong strategic planning.
“I’m impressed by the agency’s proactive relationships with its clients,” she says. “Madhouse clearly works hard in order to deliver for all kinds of clients including big names like Motorola – who I’ll be working with – and I’m looking forward to helping the agency develop its integrated offer as the options for marketeers continue to expand.”

Jenna Wilson, the second of the new recruits, is a graduate of the University of Central Lancashire, where she studied fashion promotion. In fact, she is no stranger to Madhouse, having worked at the agency on a placement in her third year.
“I enjoyed my previous stint at the agency and I learned a great deal,” she says. “I was very pleased when they invited me to come back after I graduated, and it’s a real pleasure to be helping the agency deliver results for the likes of Toyota.”

Sarah Challinor arrives at Madhouse with a background in PR, and is now enabling the agency to continue running smoothly on a day to day basis in her role as office manager.
“After working in public relations, I had an understanding of the way that marketing works,” she says, “but coming to an integrated agency like Madhouse is already broadening my outlook – plus, I’m looking forward to helping the agency operate as efficiently and effectively as it can.”

Peter Craven says, “It’s always exciting to bring in new faces, as fresh skills and talents help to enrich the agency’s overall offering. With further investment in the company, a string of new client wins and these three new team members, we are ready to help our clients achieve more than ever.”

The company, which also boasts Redrow, Woods of Windsor and Yardley London as clients, is currently looking to recruit a digital account director, which will bring its head count to 26 full time staff.
