The movement towards the semantic web continues to gather pace and momentum, but what does this mean for us as digital companies, professionals and consumers?
The final event in the Transmissions series will be looking at linked data, open data and data visualisation – clarifying the terminology, exploring developments and highlighting the commercial opportunities that will drive the us towards a ‘web of data’.
Through his Cloud of Data consultancy, Paul Miller works with private and public clients at the leading edge of cloud computing and the linked data ecosystem.
Liz Turner is founder of iconomical, specialists in dynamic data visualization and makers of the interactive dashboard at Where Does My Money Go?
Bill Roberts’ Swirrl is a semantic web consultancy and publishing platform. Brother and co-founder Ric is also a web developer at Manchester agency stardotstar.
