The Incredible Invention Story is a story about a boy called Fin, who loves to make things. What we love about the story is its simple message: we can inspire each other by our enthusiasm. We also love its beautiful visual language. The story is full of imagery – references to the things Fin likes to make, the materials he uses… We know this could be a beautiful book and we want to illustrate it in a way like no other! And that’s where YOU come in!

We’d like you to make some sculptures/models inspired by the story. You might make elements from the story, make a model of Fin, or simply make your own models and sculptures – or your own “finvention”.

Whatever you make, we’d like to invite you to send them to us, and we’ll be choosing the most appropriate 30+ artworks and photographing them to illustrate The Incredible Finvention Story.

It should make for a wonderfully eclectic, co-created ebook, of which we can all be proud. So come on, let The Incredible Finvention Story inspire YOU, and send us your artwork!
