Central Salford Urban Regeneration Company is taking the lead on regenerating Central Salford over the next 10-15 years. This includes the continued development of MediaCityUK at Salford Quays as well as the Chapel Street, Greengate and Crescent areas of Salford.

The Chapel Street area of Salford is already home to a growing number of creative businesses, arts practitioners and arts organisations and as an Urban Regeneration Company we want to build on this and develop a strong, creative cluster in the Chapel Street area.

To do this, we want to gauge the type of demand there is likely to be for different types of workspace – in particular, we are interested in potential demand for space from different types of creative businesses and practitioners including visual arts and crafts practitioners; music sector businesses; advertising, marketing and design companies; fashion and interior design practices; architects and related creative professions.

To help us get this right, we would like 10 minutes of your time to complete this survey about your office and associated workspace needs.

It is a quick simple process and the progress bar at the top of each page will let you know how far along the questionnaire you are at any point in time – please be prepared to give us some information that you may feel is a little sensitive, but please also be assured that no individual business information will be made available to anyone beyond the immediate survey managers.
