Redrow puts its ear to the ground with the help of Madhouse

Manchester marketing agency Madhouse Associates is helping one of Britain’s leading residential and mixed-use property developers to listen and respond to its customers.
Redrow, which is widely recognised as one of the country’s leading property developers, brought in Madhouse Associates to help evaluate the success of two areas of its business. Firstly, the agency looked at Redrow TV – an online TV channel that allows prospective owners to view the local area and offers a full tour of the properties. Secondly, they evaluated Redrow’s New Heritage Collection – a series of homes that continue Redrow’s tradition of creating family homes but combine traditional elevations with contemporary interiors.
Madhouse was briefed to gain key insights into these two sections of Redrow PLC, thus enabling it to communicate with its customers in an effective and appealing way, to satisfy all their enquiries at any level of the home buying process.
Through a series of customer focus groups around the country, the planning director from Madhouse gained a keen understanding of Redrow’s successes, and areas of potential improvement.
