Performing Arts Network and Development Agency (PANDA) are delighted to announce the 2009 series of Spotlight On events, which are open to PANDA members and non-members.

The events are for anyone working in theatre, dance, live art, street art, writing for performance or any related sector.

Each event will provide a ‘Spotlight On’ one specific area or topical issue relevant to the performing arts. The high quality stand-alone sessions will be delivered by a panel of experienced guest speakers who will offer a concise practical and informative introduction to the topic. There will be plenty of opportunity for discussion and debate plus further signposting to allow participants to pursue the issues raised in the way which suits them best.

The events will take place quarterly at Contact, our partners in the Spotlight On series.

Additional Spotlight On events may also be programmed in and around these four dates elsewhere in the North West region or in response to any major topical issues arising in the sector.

Topics for each Spotlight On will be announced a few weeks before they take place. This allows us flexibility to select topics that are relevant to current issues in the performing arts sector.
