Business in the Arts:North West are working alongside G&M Associates and Merseyside ACME in a consortium which has been selected by the Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA) to deliver one-to-one mentoring through an exciting Mentoring Programme in Northwest England, as part of a wider network across the region. This Mentoring Programme gives leaders and senior managers an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated mentor who will develop their leadership and management potential to help them grow their business.

The consortium is focusing particularly on providing support to the creative sector. All three consortium members specialise in working with the creative and cultural sectors, in particular to support management and business development. They also have extensive experience of running high quality mentoring programmes and this programme will be aiming to achieve the International Standard for Mentoring Programmes in Employment.

The consortium will be providing mentoring in Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside. Mentors with a variety of skills and experience will be available. Some will be professional coaches and mentors; some will be successful entrepreneurs in the creative sector and some will have worked at senior levels in large companies.
