New year, new direction for Worship Digital
Manchester Science Park-based digital agency, Worship Digital, is ringing the changes in 2011 by moving away from search marketing and social media and focussing on its strengths in website build and technical project delivery.
Founded in November 2009 by MD, Nina Mack, Worship exceeded its first year target first year after winning key contracts with FC United, the London Voluntary Service Council, Legal Action Group and the National Confederation of Parent Teacher Associations.
Initially offering a suite of digital marketing activity, including search marketing and social media, Worship has decided to reduce its service offering to enable staff to focus on their specialist areas.
The agency will now refer any customers looking for search marketing and social media campaigns to other agencies which specialise in this area, keeping their main focus on the provision of technical services to other agencies and the creation of user-focussed websites for clients.
Nina Mack said of this decision: “Over the last year we have seen an organic evolution in the business with a demand from other agencies looking for technical services, delivered properly.”
Paul Evans of Rumpus Communications with whom Worship works said: “By working with Worship we have been able to win and deliver website projects which we wouldn’t have otherwise had the resources to deliver. They’ve enabled us to greatly increase our service offering by being very good technically and always doing what they say they are going to do.”
Mack added: “We understand the value of search marketing and social media, but we’d rather recommend that our clients work with specialists in those areas so we know they’re getting the best value for money. We’re very much advocates of collaboration among specialists if helps our clients achieve more.”
