Manchester Masters is a graduate retention programme which aims to attract and retain the best student minds for our city (see: www.manchestermasters.com).
As part of the selection process for this high profile programme, we shortlist and analyse (via an intensive judging and psychometric testing) 50 graduates. These final 50 then attend an Assessment Centre and our final 10 Manchester Masters candidates are selected.
Therefore the other 40 – still very high calibre, pre-qualified - graduates could be the answer to your above dilemma. Manchester Masters Matchmaking is an intensive morning of ‘speed dating’ between the above graduates and North West businesses in the market for graduates.
