K3 Managed Services is following in the footsteps of parent company K3, by enlisting the services of Manchester marketeers Madhouse Associates.

Madhouse previously created an eye-catching and acclaimed above-the-line campaign for ERP experts K3, and is now working with its specialist managed services division to help communicate their offering to prospective customers.

The integrated marketing agency was brought on board by K3 Managed Services primarily to introduce customers to the benefits of cloud computing – a core part of their service offer. The task for Madhouse was to take technical subject matter and turn it into compelling communications that make the benefits of the cloud perfectly clear.

Ellen Hoefste, marketing manager for K3 Managed Services, is extremely pleased with the results, which included branding and video:

“Madhouse has not only delivered a digital animation but has simplified pages of material into a two-minute video that helps current and potential customers understand what we do much more easily. They have turned something complex into a concept that’s easy to grasp, and we’ve had a great reaction when presenting the animation to our customers.”

Phil Rogerson, joint managing director at Madhouse Associates, added:

“We’ve done some wonderful work with K3 in the past and we’re equally pleased with this animation. As a medium, digital allows for the most complex of ideas to be expressed with beautiful simplicity… and of course, it’s a more economical, greener option.”
