Madhouse Building for North West Construction Hub

Manchester marketing agency Madhouse Associates was recently appointed by the North West Construction Hub (NWCH) to create a brochure, website and other marketing materials with a brief focused on offering equal billing for all member partners.

The NWCH was created in order to move away from the practice of lowest price tendering and eliminate the costly exercise of procuring contractors for public sector projects. Whether on a low, medium or high value price point the NWCH uses a select group of construction companies, that deliver projects efficiently – on time and within budget -placing an enhanced focus on quality.

Madhouse developed the look and feel of the brochure and will shortly be incorporating this into a new website.

Karen Harland, framework manager at NWCH comments:

“Madhouse understood the need to create a completely unique brand for the Construction Hub, one that can be seen as reflecting the whole list of partner groups and carrying a consistent message.”

Madhouse Associates’ joint managing director, Phil Rogerson added:
