Corporation Pop has produced a video for urban lifestyle brand Bench, raising awareness of its new summer clothing range ‘Power and Glory’.

Bench ‘The Power & The Glory’ from Corporation Pop on Vimeo.

The two minute video will be shown at this summer’s main music events such as Creamfields and Park Life, on big screens in major cities and in stores throughout the UK as well as on the company’s website. It was filmed in a disused warehouse in central Manchester and all post production including editing and graphics were carried out at Corporation Pop.

Corporation Pop is also working with Bench on its ‘Art of the Street’ campaign, raising awareness of this year’s autumn and winter ranges. The company is currently re-editing a 3D video, developing a microsite and executing an e-campaign aimed at both trade and consumer markets.

Dom Raban, managing director at Corporation Pop says: “Our brief for Power and Glory was to create a summery feel but reflect the edginess of the range, which is more trend driven and fashion focused than the main Bench lines. The challenge was to display both the men’s and women’s ranges, both very different from each other, in the same video. Bench are so happy with the result that they’ve also commissioned a behind-the-scenes ‘making of’ video for online use.

Our latest video project for Bench, the omnipresent urban fashion brand, celebrates their new high summer clothing range called ‘Power and Glory’, which hit the high streets in June 2010. Our brief was to create a summery feel but reflect the edginess of the range, which is more trend driven and fashion focused than the main Bench lines. The challenge was to display both the men’s and women’s ranges, both very different from each other, in the same video.

Earlier this year Corporation Pop produced an internal video to promote Bench’s global presence, which is also being re-edited. The Manchester graphic and digital design agency has been working with the company since November 2007.
