1.1 The creativetimes.co.uk website is owned and operated by the Creative Industries Development Service (CIDS). These terms may change from time to time so please check it periodically.

1.2 By accessing and using this Site, you agree to each of the terms and conditions set forth herein ("Terms of Use").

Use of the Site.

2.1 You understand that, except for information, products or services clearly identified as being supplied by CREATIVE Times or CIDS, CREATIVE Times and CIDS does not operate, control or endorse any information, products or services on the Internet in any way. Except for CREATIVE Times or CIDS - identified information, products or services, all information, products and services offered through the Site or on the Internet generally are offered by third parties, that are not affiliated with CREATIVE Times or CIDS. You also understand that CREATIVE Times and CIDS cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Site for the reconstruction of any lost data.

Creative times does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the service will be corrected.

External Content and Websites

4.1 CREATIVE Times and CIDS makes no representations whatsoever about any other web site which you may access through this one or which may link to this Site. When you access a non-CREATIVE Times or CIDS web site, please understand that it is independent from CREATIVE Times and CIDS, and that CREATIVE Times and CIDS has no control over the content on that web site. In addition, a link to a CREATIVE Times or CIDS web site does not mean that CREATIVE Times endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such web site.

User Contributions

5.1 By sharing any contribution (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) with CREATIVE Times you agree to grant to CIDS, free of charge, permission to use the material in any way it wants (including modifying and adapting it for operational and editorial reasons) for CREATIVE Times and CIDS services in any media worldwide. Your contributions may also be shared, reproduced, syndicated or redstributed with third parties. (See "Syndication and Reproduction of Content" below)

5.2 Copyright in your contribution will remain with you and this permission is not exclusive, so you can continue to use the material in any way including allowing others to use it.

5.3 In order that CREATIVE Times and CIDS can use your contribution, you confirm that your contribution is your own original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe any UK laws, that you have the right to give CREATIVE Times and CIDS permission to use it for the purposes specified above, and that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your contribution or the consent of their parent / guardian if they are under 16.

5.4 We normally show your name or organisation name with your contribution, unless you request otherwise, but for operational reasons this is not always possible. CREATIVE Times and CIDS may need to contact you for administrative or verification purposes in relation to your contribution, or in relation to particular projects. 5.5 If you do not want to grant CREATIVE Times and CIDS the permission set out above on these terms, please do not submit or share your contribution to or with creativetimes.co.uk.

5.6 CREATIVE Times and CIDS does not endorse any User Contribution or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and CREATIVE Times and CIDS expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Contributions.

5.7 Users should ensure that their contributions are posted under the appropriate categories. eg. only workspaces should be posted as Workspaces. CIDS and CREATIVE Times reserve the right to decide whether user contributions are posted under the correct category and to remove any content deemed incorrectly posted. Attempting to post items for which there is an additional cost eg. Jobs and Tenders, within any other category will result in you contribution being deleted. CIDS and CREATIVE Times reserve the right to delete the profile of any user found to be repeatedly posting under inappropriate categories.

5.8 CREATIVE Times and CIDS reserves the right to decide whether User Contributions are appropriate and comply with these Terms for violations other than copyright infringement, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscene or defamatory material. CREATIVE Times and CIDS may remove such User Contributions and/or terminate a User's access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

Syndication and Reproduction of Content

6.1 CREATIVE Times and CIDS encourage the reproduction, syndication and distribution of content from this site under the following conditions.

6.2 Proper attribution to both CREATIVE Times and any additional authors must be provided.

6.3 Where content is reproduced via the internet, including but not limited to websites and emails, direct links should be provided to the original content where possible.

Where content is reproduced in any other media including but not limited to print, television or radio broadcast or off-line digital media attributions should be provided to creativetimes.co.uk and additional authors.

CREATIVE Times and CIDS make no guarantees that links to content will be unchanged or maintained. It is your responsibility to ensure any attribution links are maintained and up-to-date.
