It’s a pivotal time for television in the nations and regions: ITV regions implode, Ofcom unveils proposals for the future of PSB, the BBC outlines plans to take big name shows out of London and the Scottish Broadcasting Commission proposes a Scottish Channel.

Linda Fabiani MSP, Scotland’s Minister for Europe, External Affairs and Culture, Stewart Purvis, Partner, Standards and Content Ofcom, Dorothy Byrne, Head of News and Current Affairs Channel 4, and Pat Loughrey, Director of Nations and Regions at the BBC look at what will fill the gap left by ITV
