Diversify or die? Specialise to survive?
Thursday 29 May – 6-9pm
The panel…
Robert Harwood-Matthews, Chief Executive, TBWA/Manchester
John Holton, Creative Director, Figtree/London
The chair…
Warren Bramley, Creative Director, four23/Manchester/London
The detail… In a world of ever changing, evolving and converging disciplines, is it possible to beat your competition by being the ‘fountain of all knowledge’?
Do you need to develop a portfolio of services to achieve success?
If you choose to specialise, how do you stay at the top of your game? What steps can you take to stay ahead of the competition whilst keeping an eye on disruptive forces?
Or, if diversification is your thing, how do you protect your identity within that mass of spinning plates whilst avoiding a ‘jack-of-all-trades, master-of-none’ tag?
It is clear that both approaches are effective, but which one is right for you?
You must choose wisely…
