An Indie Training Fund Workshop in partnership with Vision+Media and Channel 4
A half-day introductory session to help production companies, interactive agencies and sole traders understand how to monetise content on digital platforms, and to exploit the content rights in the UK & overseas. The session focuses in on the monetisation of video based content from TV and digital content producers in the UK.

- Opportunities in social media, broadband, Video on Demand, IPTV, mobile, non-broadcast corporate, ad-funded and branded content

Format:
Delegates are encouraged to select and bring a project on the day that they wish to discuss and develop as a cross-platform project during the workshop.

Designed as an introductory session for TV and digital media production companies and sole traders this workshop will benefit those requiring an overview of exploiting content on TV, digital & social media, interactive and games platforms.
The workshop leaders:
Peter Cowley, founder & CEO of Spirit digital media. Prior to Spirit, Peter was MD of Digital Media at Endemol UK, responsible for the successful extension of several high-profile TV shows onto digital channels such as Big Brother, Deal or No Deal and Million Pound Drop.
Justin Judd founded i-Rights in December 2004 to focus on the management, distribution and exploitation of IPR and content on digital and interactive media and emerging platforms. It became part of the Digital Rights Group in June 2007. Until July 2004 Justin was Controller of Interactive Media for Granada plc.
