This is a 3 day course which will develop your communication skills with individuals and in leadership&management. You will learn to communicate effectively with ease, to coach self and others and to manage and resolve conflict.

If you manage, coach, advise, create, plan, you will learn how to : -

• Set outcomes for yourself and with others so they can be realised
• Understand what drives our actions and trains of thought
• Communicate in ways people enjoy
• Use language accurately and elegantly so that people are more likely to understand what is that you’d like to be understood
• Learn how to invite people to want to do what you ask them to do.
