The number of digital media and marketing tools are growing at speed, and it can sometimes be difficult to know which can be best utilised for your business or organisation. Understanding changing technologies and the benefits they offer is essential to enhance visitor engagement and footfall.

This workshop aims to illustrate the ease with which you can make web technologies work for you. From blogs and e-newsletters to Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and beyond, this course will help you maximise your relationship with existing customers and reach out to new ones, without substantially increasing your marketing or communications budget.

Who is this workshop aimed at?

- Those who work in Communications, Marketing or Customer Services.

- Those who occasionally use the Internet to get things done at work and want to know more.

- Those who want to know more about what the Internet can offer in plain English.

Workshops start at 10am, concluding at 4pm with an hour for lunch.

This workshop was first developed for Museums, Libraries & Archives in the South West of England. There is now an opportunity to deliver this popular training course in the North West.
