RATIONALE ... in the words of Lorelei Loveridge

I come across artists, time and again, who are talented, charming, and connected BUT who have no clue as to how to conjure up a specific 'business plan' or roadmap towards their destination: success, whatever it may be.

The very idea of applying for grants from government organizations sends most of us into a tizzy and what follows is avoidance or procrastination. Most of us never even enquire as to what options are available, financially, through grant-giving bodies. Furthermore, ways in which to encourage private donations or small business/corporate sponsorship aren't even a second thought, as most of us think: WE ARE NOT WORTHY.

Bollocks!

There's something very empowering that happens when you get a group of creatives into a room, thinking, talking, planning. It's called masterminding. But that, too, is not enough. It may fire you up, but how often have you left a workshop only to feel like: there's never the time to DO it, to write the plan. And soon you forget what you learned anyway.

IF THAT IS YOU, THEN THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU.

Creating a business plan for artists can be as simple as starting with your goals OR it can involve serious consideration as to what defines you as an artist - your 'unique selling points'.

All too often, we frequently follow in the footsteps of others instead of actually taking the time to THINK, OBTAIN FEEDBACK, REFLECT, and PUT INTO WRITING A PROPER PLAN. And that includes an income-expense budget and cashflow budget for the year ahead.

Are your eyes crossing yet?

This is DO-ABLE and this is the workshop that will give you all the guidance you need to write your first business plan and set you on the road towards greater achievement and, yes, 'success'.

Your investment will be £60 for the day and £10 for each follow up session (due at each session), totaling £100. 10 participants are required to run this course.

As well, you will commit to some advance planning (based on a self-assessment questionnaire you will receive) and a willingness to bring some practical 'resource, book, list of contacts, tip or tool' to share with the group...all in the spirit of masterminding and GIVING in exchange for what you will receive.

You will be 100% satisfied with what you have learned and gained by way of insights during this seminar - or your money will be fully refunded.

I have attended training after training for years, and what no one seems to be willing to give away is a sample you can work from. You will, in fact, walk away with a sample business/marketing/sponsorship plan for a sole proprietorship moving towards a limited company, and therefore it will 'speak at your level' if you are new to business planning, even if you are involved with partners.

Strategic business planning is a joy, not a chore. Why not come and find out for yourself?
