Let me make things simple... ...that's what i do: I design and write information (on paper and screen) to make it easy for people to understand, so it's simple to use and successful at its job. This includes forms, instructions and training materials, all created to help businesses reduce (and hopefully remove) the costs of people's everyday mistakes: incorrect data, calls to the 'helpline' and inefficient working practices among many others.
