We have temporary exhibitions offering unique insights into the culture of the modern city, about Manchester, art and culture including innovative explorations of design, architecture, graffiti, music and the urban environment.

Urbis also hosts an extensive programme of events, including talks, tours, workshops and performances and you can make the most of your visit by relaxing in the Social or sipping a delicious cocktail in the Modern, our new bar and restaurant.
