In early 2007 after spending the last 14 years in the design industry (the last 8 of which in new media design and Flash development), I decided to jump into the big bad world of freelance.

It's been a great year working with people such as Love Creative, Magnetic North, Tak!, Tonic, Bloc and Poke as well as for ESPN directly in New York, on brands such as Orange, Subaru, Dr Martens, BBC and Sony.

That first year in freelance has just had a great ending too with winning the Best Freelancer category in this years Big Chip Awards as well as being featured in July's Web Design issue of Computer Arts Projects.

Here's to another great year.
