PRWD are a highly experienced usability and web/software development agency, specialising in bringing all the benefits of good usability to businesses looking to improve the ROI from both online and offline IT systems.
PRWD work both directly with clients such as Royal Mail, JD Williams, The Scout Association and Speedy Hire, as well as through their agency partners who harness PRWD?s expertise in usability, information architecture, conversion optimisation and web analytics when working with their own clients.
When working directly PRWD provide a range of expert services to clients, including in-house usability and technical consultancy, public and in-house training, on-going conversion improvement processes, management of web analytics accounts as well as design and build of new websites and IT systems. Typical services for this include wireframing, prototyping, interaction design through to complete technical development and delivery. These are all part of PRWD?s User-Centered Design process.
The three primary platforms and solutions PRWD use are the Magento E-commerce platform, Drupal and Wordpress.
